The client needed a way to sell high-value homes remotely — enabling buyers to fully understand, customise, and commit to premium properties without being physically present. This required a digital solution that could replace in-person experience with clear visualisation, structured choices, and immediate trust in what is being offered.

Space Factory
Space Factory needed a digital platform to support its transition from traditional project-based workflows toward a scalable, system-driven approach to modular housing. The goal was not simply visualisation, but a practical design environment where layouts can be configured rapidly, standardised components stay controlled and manufacturable, and non-technical users can explore options independently — with design logic that aligns directly with factory production.
Siloco
Siloco needed a digital configuration platform to bring early-stage design and sales in-house while reducing dependency on external architectural resources. The system had to support rapid configuration of modular steel-frame buildings, let non-technical users generate technically valid concepts, improve client communication in early phases, and produce consistent outputs for sales, planning, and coordination — while staying flexible enough to evolve alongside Siloco's modular building system.
Lasita Maja
The client needed a parametric solution that would allow non-technical users — primarily sales teams — to flexibly modify all key house parameters without compromising engineering integrity. Their challenge was to enable true design flexibility (dimensions, layouts, openings, configurations) while ensuring that every variation remained structurally valid, buildable, and compliant — without requiring constant involvement from engineers. At the same time, they needed to accelerate and standardise collaboration with their distributor network across Europe, enabling partners to configure products independently while maintaining full control over the system.

Elektrilevi Training Center
Elektrilevi needed a new Technology & Training Centre to support the education and upskilling of its workforce. The project had to deliver a high-quality training environment, ensure fast and predictable construction with minimal disruption, explore innovative and sustainable construction methods, and test whether buildings could be treated as adaptable, relocatable assets rather than fixed infrastructure.
Manufaktuuri Kindergarten
The City of Tallinn's primary objective was to achieve a high-quality architectural solution for the kindergarten through a competitive design process. The proposal developed with Creatomus won the architectural competition among 12 competing entries, demonstrating strong spatial quality, clarity of concept, and suitability for children.
Stroomi Beach
The City of Tallinn needed a temporary public building solution for Stroomi beach that could be quickly assembled, disassembled, and potentially reused in the future. In addition, the city aimed to test a new procurement approach by combining an architectural competition with a construction tender into a single process — requiring a solution that was both architecturally strong and technically feasible from the outset.
