Projects
Real projects delivered by Creatomus ā from configurator software to architectural design.
Software Solutions
Configurator & CPQ Projects
Design automation tools for manufacturers, developers, and sales teams.

Ramirent
Configure temporary factory offices and modular buildings, speed up the offer management process.

McStain Neighborhoods
The client needed a way to sell high-value homes remotely ā enabling buyers to fully understand, customise, and commit to premium properties without being physically present. This required a digital solution that could replace in-person experience with clear visualisation, structured choices, and immediate trust in what is being offered.

Nu Living
A digital solution for marketing and selling custom-built houses, combining interactivity and accuracy with an engaging buyer experience.

Space Factory
Sales process automation, fast prototyping and design.

Siloco
In-source design, reduce dependency on external resources, improve sales processes.

Lasita Maja
The client needed a parametric solution that would allow non-technical users ā primarily sales teams ā to flexibly modify all key house parameters without compromising engineering integrity. Their challenge was to enable true design flexibility (dimensions, layouts, openings, configurations) while ensuring that every variation remained structurally valid, buildable, and compliant ā without requiring constant involvement from engineers. At the same time, they needed to accelerate and standardise collaboration with their distributor network across Europe, enabling partners to configure products independently while maintaining full control over the system.
Architecture & Design
Architectural Projects
Building design and project management using the 3Cycle open source platform.

Elektrilevi Training Center
Design the Technology & Training Center building, pilot 3Cycle open source technology.

Manufaktuuri Kindergarten
The City of Tallinn's primary objective was to achieve a high-quality architectural solution for the kindergarten through a competitive design process. The proposal developed with Creatomus won the architectural competition among 12 competing entries, demonstrating strong spatial quality, clarity of concept, and suitability for children.

Stroomi Beach
The City of Tallinn needed a temporary public building solution for Stroomi beach that could be quickly assembled, disassembled, and potentially reused in the future. In addition, the city aimed to test a new procurement approach by combining an architectural competition with a construction tender into a single process ā requiring a solution that was both architecturally strong and technically feasible from the outset.
Panno School
Design a modern educational facility, as part of the rebuilding Ukraine effort.
