The Need
Siloco needed a digital configuration platform to bring early-stage design and sales in-house while reducing dependency on external architectural resources. The system had to support rapid configuration of modular steel-frame buildings, let non-technical users generate technically valid concepts, improve client communication in early phases, and produce consistent outputs for sales, planning, and coordination — while staying flexible enough to evolve alongside Siloco's modular building system.
Our Solution
Creatomus developed a customised version of Modular Designer tailored to Siloco's steel-frame construction logic. It was designed to work as both an internal project-development tool and a client-facing sales environment, with particular attention to usability so it can be operated without specialist software knowledge.
