Collection and Use of Data

This includes forwarding your data to specific Content Manager if you have requested this during the use of the Site. This includes communicating with you, if necessary. We collect and store the data about your activities on the Site, the choices you have made and the designs you have created at your request, when you wish to save your designs to be able to access them later.
We may also ask for your consent to send you advertisements, offers or other marketing messages. If you give your consent, we may disclose your contact details to our marketing partners and real estate developers who may use your data to send you advertisements and offers. Third-party Service Providers
You may gain access to our service via another service provider or contact another service provider via our service. In this case this service provider is the controller of your personal data and we collect, process and transfer to them your data on their behalf as data processors. These service providers process your data according to the terms established in their specific terms and conditions, privacy policies and/or contracts concluded with you. We strongly advise you to read these documents carefully.
We retain the data we collect and process on behalf of the third-party service provider for as long as we are required to do so under the contract concluded with the service provider. At the latest, we delete all your data when the contract is terminated.
Data Storage and Deletion

We will retain the personal data you provided on registering an account on our Site and your saved content for so long as that account remains in existence. As a general rule, if you have not used our Service and Platform for two years (including if you have not logged in to your profile on our Platform for two years), your account and all personal data therein will be deleted, unless we have a legal basis for retaining your personal data for longer time period. You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We disclose your personal data in accordance with the Terms of Use to the third-party Content Managers if you have requested this during the use of the Site. Such third-party Content Managers will process your personal data as independent data controllers.
We may disclose your personal data when it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Use or as otherwise required by law.
We transfer information about you if Creatomus is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Creatomus will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We may transfer your personal data to and store outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Your data may also be processed by our staff operating outside the EEA.
