Third-party Service Providers

You may gain access to our service via another service provider or contact another service provider via our service. In this case this service provider is the controller of your personal data and we collect, process and transfer to them your data on their behalf as data processors. We retain the data we collect and process on behalf of the third-party service provider for as long as we are required to do so under the contract concluded with the service provider. At the latest, we delete all your data when the contract is terminated.

We disclose your personal data in accordance with the Terms of Use to the third-party Content Managers if you have requested this during the use of the Site. Such third-party Content Managers will process your personal data as independent data controllers.

We may disclose your personal data when it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Use or as otherwise required by law.

We transfer information about you if Creatomus is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Creatomus will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We may transfer your personal data to and store outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Your data may also be processed by our staff operating outside the EEA.
