01

The Need

The City of Tallinn's primary objective was to achieve a high-quality architectural solution for the kindergarten through a competitive design process. The proposal developed with Creatomus won the architectural competition among 12 competing entries, demonstrating strong spatial quality, clarity of concept, and suitability for children.

02

Our Solution

Beyond delivering a winning architectural concept, Creatomus introduced a system-based approach that extended the value of the project significantly beyond the initial brief.

Integration of design, engineering, and construction logic into a coherent system, ensuring that the architectural vision remained fully buildable and efficient

A scalable modular framework, allowing the solution to be adapted and replicated for future educational buildings

In addition, the project incorporated an innovative heating solution, designed to improve energy efficiency, reduce operational costs, and align with long-term sustainability goals. This approach transformed the project from a one-off architectural competition entry into a replicable, future-oriented model for public buildings.
