Stroomi beach house reaches topping-out ceremony milestone

Estonian Construction News reported on the topping-out ceremony for the Stroomi beach house project, which reached an important construction milestone on June 18th.

Creatomus Solutions designed the temporary beach building using the Mustermaja open system, developed at the Estonian Academy of Arts architecture faculty. The project architects are Mihkel Urmet, Renee Puusepp, and Patrick Liik.

The new beach house, together with a beach guard tower, will be completed by the end of summer and will be operational in the fall. Construction work is being carried out by EstNor OÜ, with owner supervision by IBG-Ehitus OÜ.

This project demonstrates the practical application of modular construction systems in public infrastructure.
